Manhunt 2 focuses more on the horrible mutilations that can be inflicted on your enemies -- or at best it would otherwise for the possibly tragic and controversial censorship from the game. The harder over-the-top gore was forced behind a jittery, blurry camera. Not really that you'll notice, because you will be busy watching a corner of the screen for little popup icons to share with you exactly which motion to generate next. Love them or hate them, timed events draw your talent away from the action, specially when your icons are stuck off within the corner. In conjunction with the censorship, you are not experiencing much but a forced seizure and some crunching noises. Possibly that this could possibly be an amazing, visceral simulation of smashing in someone's skull which has a toilet seat, however i can't tell the difference from playing WarioWare in a butcher shop with my eyes shut. The PS2 version somewhat mitigates this, by simply virtue that the there isn't anything Manhunt 2 accomplishes while using Wii controls that isn't easier and less distracting to tug off via just pushing a damn button. At the minimum, you won't end up accidentally throwing a brick when you attend scratch onto your nose.

Even if Manhunt 2 had shipped since it was originally conceived, AO rating and, it wouldn't made the actual game experience anymore pleasant.
