Throughout the game you’ll encounter maybe three (yes, that’s 3) types of enemies: Flying Drones, Mechanical Spiders, as well as the Terminators (which look alike). I can’t ding the overall game on enemy variety. No game really seems to have a wide variety today. But the enemies in TS aren’t really fun to fight, and I desire to give logic behind why: Flying drones aren't a big deal and will be dispatched a single hit while using right weapon; Spiders only take damage from behind (pretty good but a challenge when your ai teammate won’t help you) so killing them turns into a pain. Terminators take an abnormal volume of bullets to kill. I understand they’re terminators and should placed some form of challenge, nevertheless it takes away from the fun when you can only kill these with a grenade launcher or bazooka and can’t carry the weapons you want to use.

Weapon variety is lackluster. It comes with an assault rifle, a shotgun, machine gun, grenade launcher, bazooka… fairly certain that’s it. There are 2 types of grenades which both manage to do the same thing. While it might appear to be the standard array of weaponry, you’re limited once the only viable gun could be the shotty (very accurate with amazing range….)and explosives ala the grenades. May well avoid the trouble and only pick up the shotgun.

The on-rails turret gameplay occupies a significant area of the game. This part was by far the hardest rather than because it’s designed poorly, though the health regen system it’s just downright difficult. Several levels are entirely specialized in turret use. I don’t have anything against them, but they’re an extremely unforgiving and far too numerous.
