Prototype started being a Vivendi Games title, developed by Radical Entertainment, but was absorbed by Activision if this merged with Vivendi. That’s interesting on two levels: First, which i used the saying “absorbed” above; and 2nd, that the game is being published by Activision, which also produced the newest Spider-Man games, because Prototype resembles them in many ways. I’ll explain both of these through this review.

If the game starts, you find out that Mercer is much more than the usual little peeved that he’s woken up inside a morgue, which has been a shock for the pair which are planning to autopsy him. New york is incorporated in the grips of your massive plague that’s sweeping the people, and it’s all leaving the streets filled with murder, blood, mayhem and military troops and several buildings which might be hives-veritable Grand Central Stations for that virus as well as carriers. And with every day, it worsens using a higher amount of the citizenry decreasing which has a brutal cold…uh, cold-blooded killing.

Mercer seems to be slightly distinct from the majority of the population in that he's got most of his wits about him, but his memory is gone along with its place is really a seething thirst for revenge. His version of the infection also comes with the power to shape shift anything that he consumes-the “absorbing” said I'd connect to the game. It’s an excellent effect, with Mercer grabbing any being and pulling it into his being, which ups his health bar and instead gives off him with remnants of his prey twirling round his body until it’s fully absorbed.
