King's Bounty Armored Princess Download PC Review

Graphics / Sound
Veggies first, cake later (yes, we're eating beans and cake for lunch). If you have read my writeup on KB:TL, you know I praised the graphics and sound reasonably, but not with unbridled fanfare. I believe that this because I can't add much compared to that! This game serves almost entirely just like an expansion, so little has been included with the graphics and sound. The developers added result-oriented artwork, as well as the additions stick out. It's clear that the new artist hopped fully briefed. Of course, since the title implies, the protagonist is a princess. Would I call her armored? Eh, I suppose, but, honestly, she gets got to be the least practically armored warrior / paladin / mage (especially mage) ever. Besides the new artwork, very little has changed. New units mean new graphics there, but every item has remained the same, which is not a bad thing. However, fans may suffer gypped by the lack of new visuals. Regarding sound and music, I did not notice anything new, but there might have been a new song. This uncertainty should speak volumes regarding how unmemorable the tunes were inside original.

I have to congratulate the developers one addition: You are no longer symbiotically attached with your horse! While trudging around caves or mines, you happen to be forced to move ahead foot. Though, I'd be lying only said the tradition of the pseudo-centaur protagonist wasn't somewhat endearing.

Control
No complaints here, the bingo is free of bugs. Movement is not just more fluid, but collision with the environment is smoother. Thankfully, the days are gone of getting stuck against a river or invisible dwarf. Plus, escaping enemies about the overworld is a viable option with many skill. Fighting battles, working the menus, and clicking units on the field are typical intuitive and straightforward to do. Also, with this game, you might get some use out of your zoom feature.

StoryKing's Bounty: Armored Princess comes about in the same world because Legend (TL)-for the first few minutes, anyway. You're Amelia, the god-born daughter with the king of Darion. Baal, a demon from TL, has come back for revenge for the home of Bill Gilbert, the hero and player character from TL, and threatens to eliminate your home. However, Bill is nowhere can be found, so Amelia ventures into another world / dimension to discover him. And, here, your adventure begins.
